Delivery Information
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days after receiving your payment. Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can review the shipping costs at checkout before confirming your purchase. Our delivery options include:
- Standard Delivery: £50
- Express Delivery: £70
Free standard delivery is available on orders over £100.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the courier’s website.
International Deliveries
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our delivery services in the future.
Returns Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! You can return any item purchased from Bongram within 7 of receiving it, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as pet grooming tools and certain toys. If this applies, it will be clearly indicated in the product description.
How to Return an Item
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at Info@bongram.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the address to which the item should be sent.
- Pack the item securely and include your proof of purchase in the parcel.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Info@bongram.co.uk. If the product is no longer available, we will offer a refund or a suitable alternative.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at Info@bongram.co.uk within a day of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return of the item and provide a replacement or full refund, including any original shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at Info@bongram.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process to obtain a refund.
